Lisa Sprague, LCSW
Lisa Sprague is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a deep commitment to supporting individuals on their mental health journeys. With a primary focus in mental health care, she integrates Motivational Interviewing into her therapy sessions to help clients build insight, strengthen motivation, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
Lisa has extensive experience working in courts and correctional facilities, providing compassionate, trauma-informed care to justice-involved individuals. Her work in these high-impact settings has shaped her belief in every person’s capacity for growth and recovery.
In addition to her clinical work, Lisa has held a leadership role at a community mental health agency, where she supported clinical teams, guided program development, and worked to improve access to quality care. Her holistic approach blends clinical expertise with systems-level awareness to ensure clients receive comprehensive, thoughtful support.
Lisa is passionate about creating a safe, collaborative space where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to thrive.
Cristina Galian, LMSW
Cristina is a licensed social worker (LMSW) with a passion for supporting individuals and families through challenging life circumstances. She started her professional journey at Stony Brook University where she interned in a school district working with kids aged 5-8.
After completing her MSW in 2023, she began working at a non for profit helping those involved in the criminal justice system with substance use disorder. Since obtaining her LMSW in 2024, she has focused her practice primarily on adults with substance use disorder, depression, anxiety, and stress management. Her experience includes providing therapeutic support, conducting assessments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
She is dedicated to fostering resilience and promoting positive change by helping clients navigate their recovery journeys and build healthier futures.
Sydney Boyer, LMSW
Sydney is a licensed social worker (LMSW) with a passion for working with children, adolescents, young adults and their families. In her work with patients, she is committed to developing meaningful relationships rooted in trust and empathy. Sydney seeks to foster an environment where both children and adults feel heard and safe to express their most authentic selves. Particularly, she prides herself in being an inclusive space for those who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. Sydney uses various techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Play Therapy, to allow patients to process past and present life stressors.
After finishing her Masters in Social Work at Fordham University in 2020, Sydney started her social work journey providing outpatient mental health services at a community based organization. During this time, she developed a love for working with children, adolescents and young adults. Sydney then moved to work in the public hospital setting in NYC where she provided supportive services and immediate crisis interventions to children and families on the pediatric inpatient medical units. She now works in an outpatient community health clinic connecting patients and families of various ages and backgrounds to community services and providing short-term supportive counseling.
Sydney is deeply committed to providing a safe and inclusive space for children and adults to develop the tools needed to navigate life transitions and various situational stressors.
